1999 I started in automation and drive technology after successful studies. At company HEMPEL Antriebstechnik GmbH I got my first experiences. I was responsible for panel and plant engineering a long time, where I realized customer-oriented solutions (Retofit). The projects had been realized in various sectors. The included services was hardware planning of cabinets, project management up to the fully restarted machine. The used hardware components was from Siemens. The drive technology came from Siemens, ABB, Vectron (today Bonfigioli). Another section was repair and handling of servo and stepper motors.
In 2008 I started in Rockwell Automation Germany to attend new challenges. There I was 7.5 years and I got profound knowledge in hardware design, drive technology (electric / hydraulic),visualization and PLC. The focus was customized solutions for special machine, "Retrofit" and panel engineeering.
For a long time, I was responsible for the design of panels and installations where I implemented customer-oriented solutions (Retrofit), just as the pharmaceutical industry develops personalized medical solutions.
